Refund Policy

This is an English translation of the original Finnish terms. If there are any inconsistencies, the Finnish version takes precedence.

1. Right of Return

All our products come with a 14‑day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The company does not reimburse return shipping costs; the customer is responsible for these expenses. The original delivery fee is non‑refundable.

If you wish to exchange a piece of jewelry for another item, the new delivery costs will be charged to the customer.

For a direct return, the customer must send the product back to us within 14 days of submitting the return notice. The returned product must be shipped with a tracking number. Returns may not be sent without tracking. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will refund the amount paid for the product. We reserve the right to deduct any decrease in value if the product is returned damaged.
A return cannot be initiated after 14 days from receiving the order.

2. Return Instructions

  • All returns must be reported to us in advance before the products are shipped back. We will not process returns that have been sent without prior contact.
  • If the products to be returned are being shipped from outside Finland, please contact us for specific return instructions.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition and as-is as it was upon receipt.
  • Pack the product carefully; we recommend using the same packaging in which the product was delivered.
  • Orders valued at over €100 must be returned as an S-sized shipment; they must not be sent as an XXS-sized shipment, which is delivered to a mailbox.
  • The product to be returned must be sent as a tracked shipment. Returns must not be sent without a tracking number.
  • Please send the products to us within 14 days of the return notification.

4. Defective or Incorrect Products (Complaints)

If you notice a defect or issue with the product upon receiving your order, we recommend contacting us immediately. Please note that a complaint must be made within a reasonable time after receiving the order.

All complaints are assessed on a case‑by‑case basis, and we ensure that the process is clear and fair for the customer.

5. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute concerning a purchase agreement cannot be resolved between the parties, the consumer may contact the Consumer Advisory Service and, if necessary, refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board.
