Shipping Policy

This is an English translation of the original Finnish terms. If there are any inconsistencies, the Finnish version takes precedence.

1. Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time within Finland is 2–7 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Estimated delivery time to EU countries outside Finland is 7–14 business days.
Delivery to countries outside the EU takes an estimated 7–21 business days.

Shipping costs are added separately at checkout.

Finland: €7.00
Åland Islands: €15.00
EU countries: €33.00
Other countries: €55.00

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. The customer is responsible for these charges.

3. Delivery Areas

We ship to most countries worldwide.  
Exceptions apply to countries and regions where delivery is not possible due to logistical, legal, or safety‑related reasons.
Countries to which we do not ship are blocked at checkout, and orders to these destinations cannot be completed.  
If delivery to a specific country is not possible after ordering, we will inform the customer before processing the order.
