We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. In general, the delivery time within Finland is 2–7 business days from the date your order is received. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
Estimated delivery time to EU countries outside Finland is 7–14 business days.

Is the jewelry box shown in the picture included in my order?

Unfortunately, no, the jewelry boxes have only been used for photography.

Through Tukes, you can find a comprehensive list of name stamps from goldsmiths and importers, as well as up-to-date information on precious metals.

Through Leimat.fi, you can find old name stamps, locality stamps, fineness stamps, and design stamps up to the year 1970.

Are the vintage jewelry items cleaned?

All our vintage jewelry is cleaned, polished, and disinfected. You can confidently wear your ordered jewelry right away. We service the jewelry clasps, restore the patinas that belong to antique jewelry, and remove any engravings from most pieces.

What is the return & exchange policy?

Refund Policy

All our products come with a 14‑day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The company does not reimburse return shipping costs; the customer is responsible for these expenses. The original delivery fee is non‑refundable.

If you wish to exchange a piece of jewelry for another item, the new delivery costs will be charged to the customer.

For a direct return, the customer must send the product back to us within 14 days of submitting the cancellation notice. The returned product must be shipped with a tracking number. Returns may not be sent without tracking. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will refund the amount paid for the product. We reserve the right to deduct any decrease in value if the product is returned damaged.
A return cannot be initiated after 14 days from receiving the order.

Complaints and faulty products?

If you notice a defect or issue with the product upon receiving your order, we recommend contacting us immediately. Please note that a complaint must be made within a reasonable time after receiving the order.

All complaints are assessed on a case‑by‑case basis, and we ensure that the process is clear and fair for the customer.

VAT and margin tax on products?

Terms of Service

Product prices include taxes. Products in the Wedding Collection and New Silver categories are subject to VAT according to the customer's country of delivery (e.g., 25.5% in Finland). Products in the Vintage and Domestic Art Glass categories are sold under the margin taxation scheme. Shipping and handling fees are added separately at checkout. Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to customs, tax, or import duties in the destination country. The customer is responsible for these charges.
